By booking any service with CANGO DISCOVER, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservations & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Vehicle rentals: Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the terms of the respective third-party rental partner platform.

3. Tour & Shuttle Guidelines

• Guests are expected to arrive promptly at the designated pickup location and time.

• Late arrivals may result in a missed service without compensation or refund.

• CANGO DISCOVER reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel tours due to adverse weather, safety risks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• All passengers must follow safety instructions and briefings provided by guides and drivers.

• Guests are expected to treat guides, drivers, staff, and fellow travellers with courtesy and respect.

4. Vehicle Rental Terms

• All vehicle rentals are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the applicable third-party rental platform.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition as when received.

• Any damage, excessive cleaning fees, traffic violations, toll charges, or other costs incurred during the rental period may be charged to the renter.

5. Liability Waiver

• CANGO DISCOVER is not responsible for delays, personal injury, loss, or damage arising from tours, transfers, vehicle rentals, or activities, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• All travellers participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings.

• We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.

6. Guest Obligations

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete personal information when making a booking.

• Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations throughout the duration of the service.

• Following reasonable instructions provided by guides, drivers, and staff.

• Showing respect and cooperation toward guides, drivers, staff, and other passengers at all times.

7. Privacy Commitment

• Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing bookings, providing services, and communicating with guests.

• We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes, except where required to provide the booked service or comply with applicable law.

8. Policy Updates

CANGO DISCOVER reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
